Annual General Meeting: Tuesday 20 October 2026

The Annual General Meeting of the Aero Club of Southern Tasmania Inc. will be held on Tuesday 20 October 2026, from 7:00 pm for a 7:30 pm start, at the clubrooms, Building 2, Cambridge Airport, and by video link (Google Meet).

There will be a lucky door prize, and a complimentary drink and food will be provided on the night.

On the agenda are the President's, Treasurer's, Auditor's and Flying Captain's reports, the election of the President, Hon. Secretary, Hon. Treasurer and committee members, and three motions for members to vote on. Members have been sent the full notice and the AGM Pack by email.

Nominations for President, Secretary, Treasurer and committee members must reach the Secretary by Saturday 17 October 2026. Email completed nomination forms to acst@acst.com.au.

Votes must be given in person, so there is no proxy voting. You can attend at the clubrooms or by Google Meet, which counts as attending. If you can't attend in person, email acst@acst.com.au by Saturday 17 October 2026 for the link.

A quorum of voting members is needed for the meeting to go ahead, so please come along.
