A decision was made a couple of years ago to not produce a detailed printed newsletter due to the expense. It was costing up to $8,000/yr to print and distribute a regular high quality letter. Most members are on email and if we have your valid email address, newsletters will only be sent to you by email.
There are a handful of members who do not have email. For these members, a summary news sheet will be sent out by mail approximately once a quarter or when special events are happening.
Note:
If you are a social member without email, you will get the quarterly news summary and notice of special social events, but will not be provided with notices of flying events unless you specifically request them.
